Program 01
Capacity Building
Capacity building is the foundation of everything Hiil Bilaang does. Women arrive with knowledge of their own communities. The organization adds technical skill, legal literacy and the confidence to act on both.
Training runs on a continuing cycle rather than as one off workshops. Participants move from awareness sessions into applied skills, and from applied skills into income generating work or community leadership roles. Facilitators are drawn from the communities themselves wherever possible, which keeps the material grounded and keeps knowledge in place after a project cycle closes.
